  • Arrange and facilitate initial action learning sets (ALSs)

Consultation
  • Analyse findings of first ALSs and production of further description of values and behaviours for wider circulation
  • Reconvene ALSs

End of November 2008 through to

End of February 2009

Phase Three:

Promotion
  • Wider stakeholder event supported by the ALSs to promote and develop emerging description of values and behaviours
  • Produce final version for ratification

End of March/April 2009

Phase Four: 

Review
  • ALS support the implementation of pilot descriptions within partnerships

End of June 2009
